Being Stupid = Better Pay

Being stupid pays off inside a factory. If you work in a blue collar industry you already know what I am talking about. I felt the need to reveal to the rest of the non blue collar world the hell of dealing with idiot foreman, supervisors, engineers & managers. The group in dress pants that spend the majority of their working weeks in meetings trying to figure out how to save their jobs. The same group that will ask their blue collar employees' what needs to change to have the plant or department run more efficiently, then have a meeting about the meeting they had with us to discuss what was discussed at that meeting. Then decide to never put any of our suggestions into action, but to instead do the exact opposite (shift our hours, put us on "break schedules", breach the contract at all cost, etc.). These are the same group of guys that have engineering degrees then ask a mechanic, "what's wrong with the machine?" Only to answer your reply with their unlogical, pysically and scientifically impossible answer. They only recognize you when you do wrong and give no praise when you save the day. Holding only the knowledge of how to fill out an 8.5" x 11" pink piece of paper, these degenerates are beyond a nuisance in the work place.
In my personal opinion the big coperations in America are doing so poorly because they are not investigating where their problems lie. You have engineers that don't know what a quarter/twenty bolt is and are making $85,000.00 to $165,000.00 a year on average. You have plant managers that care more about who's kissing their ass the best then how much quality products are going out the door each day and they are earning $115,000 to $250,000.00 a year. You have supervisor's and foreman's that are to busy trying to find ways to kiss the plant manager's ass instead of making sure all of the production is ran correctly and ran with a team effort between the departments, earning $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 a year. On top of all this mess you have union's that don't represent their member's because of deals negotiated behind closed doors with the company's that they have the contracts with. America has serious issues inside the work place. You have union steward's that are pro company, supervisor's that care more about firing employees then having them work with them, people in the front offices faking their way through their career and it's all sickening. Hopefully, one day (please God let it be soon) I will be able to leave this hell hole of a life known as a mechanic, but until that day comes I will just keep plugging away at the internet and do everything in my power to get away from this catastrophe of a career choice. Kids, go to college and get a desk job, STAY AWAY FROM FACTORY'S!
